Colony Club, Treasure Beach and The House will play host to an intimate group of cuisine enthusiasts during Dine & Discovery Barbados. March 30
Market Tour

Tom will host an intimate local market excursion to source the freshest herbs and produce on the island. The ingredients sourced will be incorporated in Tom's five-course menu where he takes over Treasure Beach's Tapestry restaurant.

5 Course Dinner at Tapestry

Tom will design and prepare a special menu that mixes his Scottish heritage and Barbadian local produce, the dishes will display the best of the island.

April 1
Cooking Demo at Colony Club

Prestigious Colony Club, one of the island's most historic hotels situated on the Platinum coast. The third culinary celebration will see Tom hosting a cooking demo and food styling workshop where he will create an interactive experience that goes beyond simple food tasting. Hosted on the beach, budding chefs will be able to replicate Tom's dishes at bamboo stations before tasting their creation paired with a rum cocktail expertly created by Colony Club's Rum Vault concierge.
*4:30PM - 6PM Complimentary for in-house guests or $30 per person for non guests

April 3
Meet & Mingle with Sunset Cocktails at The House

To say thank you to all those that joined Tom through his personal discovery of the Bajan culinary scene, join Tom at his "meet & mingle" event over sunset cocktails along the beach overlooking the Caribbean sea.
*5:30pm - 6:30PM - Complimentary to The House guests or those who attended dinner event on March 30.

About Tom Kitchin

Proprietor of one of Britain's finest restaurants, The Kitchin located in Edinburgh, just after 6 months of opening Tom was awarded a Michelin star. Tom's first class training working in some of Europe's leading kitchens has resulted in his passion for innovative, local and season cooking which has become synonymous with his from "Nature to Plate" ethos that runs through the core of his restaurant.
