AQUA AEROBICS

Aqua aerobics is an enjoyable cardio exercise in our lagoon pool that relies on resistance to gently raise your heart rate. Complimentary classes are held weekly.

TENNIS COURTS

Our floodlit tennis courts allow you to challenge your travel companions to a match at any time of day. Seasonally, we have a tennis coach on hand that provides complimentary coaching for our guests but we can arrange your own private tennis lesson upon request at any time at this Barbados tennis resort.
