This statute is made pursuant to S54of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 30 September 2018 and sets out the steps that Elegant Hotels Group plc (Elegant Hotels) has taken and is continuing to take, to prevent modern day slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain.

The existing policies and procedures of Elegant Hotels which would assist in combatting Modern Slavery include checks and verification with regard to recruitment and whistleblowing policy so that all employees can raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
