Restorative Yoga- Is a relaxing style of yoga that is focused on healing and nurturing the body. These classes are very mellow and props are used to support the body as muscle relaxation is encouraged. Restorative yoga is recommended for releasing stress as well as bringing balance to the nervous system.
Salute to The Sun Vinyasa Flow –This style of yoga unites breathing with movement in a systematic way. Poses in this type of class setting will flow from one pose to the next focusing on awakening the full body.
Circuit Training- A form of full body conditioning, focused on strength building and endurance. Resistance bands, loose weights, and a series of aerobic exercises make up the structure of this class.
Power Yoga- vigorous fitness based vinyasa style yoga class mainly targeting full body strength, holding and lifting your body weight, as you quickly breath and move through poses.
Sunset Yoga & Meditation- A combination of Hatha Yoga and guided meditation, specifically designed for relaxation and mental clarity. Props will also be used for this type of class as a feeling of well-being is encouraged.
